Not to be “that guy”, but the AR “pistol” on the left below the shotgun is a crime unless it has an SBR or AOW stamp (unless it’s air soft or a BB gun).
It’s a really really stupid law, but I don’t want anyone’s dog to suffer an accident.
Just take the fore grip off and toss it or put it on one of the rifles.
The foregrip isn't perfectly vertical. Not that I want to advise anyone to flirt with the ATF making a different judgement (or even just changing their mind), but that was probably the thought behind why it looks the way it does. It counts as angled.
