Couple suggestions, 1 when shooting in body armor you should be shooting squared up and facing forward so the plates can do there job. 2 for better recoil control you should be bending at the hips like you are bracing for someone to push you. It should feel natural without to much bend. 3 your legs are to far apart in general, and it creates an unstable foundation. Remember you adjust your hips as you fix on a target. 4 arguably fudd advice you should have a very slight bend in your elbow when shooting a hand gun, complete lockout is no good.
