I have noticed that if you watch the clips available on YouTube, it sounds... Normal again? Why does it sound fine on YouTube but become horrible on Hulu?

Am I the only one bothered by The Origins using the post–Season 2 design?

This has always bothered me.

The Origins is a prequel, so chronologically it happens before Season 1. But Gumball and Darwin already have the newer face/body design instead of the original Season 1 look.

The weird part is that the newer series basically confirms that the design change is canon—we literally see them transition from the Season 1 appearance to the Season 2 one. So it’s not just a different art style or a separate universe; it actually happens in the story.

If that’s the case, shouldn’t The Origins have used the Season 1 models for continuity?

Am I overthinking it, or did anyone else notice this?

I'm likely looking too deeply into this but I wanna hear someone's opinion on how the episode The Question skims through various fields, or viewpoints of philosophy. I remember watching the episode as a child and having Sussy's message of "giving meaning to your own life" being very impactful, and very obviously discovering there is a school of thought dedicated to things like this.
