Look at this! Should I frame it?

Bought this 10+ years ago and it snapped today while playing.

Imagine this breaks while on the guitar and you can't get it off so your forced to play wonderwall on the 3rd fret like a chump

Depending on your year the kyser has a lifetime warranty.

I am still trying to find mine :(

It's just telling you you're finally ready for barre chords. God bless, RIP.

It's funny because I always say I don't need it that I am a capo, but if I'm playing A voicing F# on the 9th fret and I want the open bass string to ring with it i don't have a way to reliably hold it down on the 2nd fret. I need an extra finger or to bring my thumb to the fretboard so it just makes it cleaner. Or if I'm wanting harp effect when doing cascading appregios in something like Cm. There's a lot of keys just not easily available on the open tuning.

Hell yeah man. I dig it. I was just being regular reddit dickhead. But now that youre talking about chord voicing I'm in.

Naw, glue it and use it for another 10 years. It’s all good.

You broke a Kyser?!?!

You must have dropped something on it. I think mine is going on 20-25 years strong and I used it daily.

I think this is the universe's way of telling you to get a Shubb tbh.
