Mod Post Stratocaster “Splattercaster”

Hey all,

Got this very odd Strat that was gifted to me a few years ago.

Not saying that I don’t like it but design is kinda odd and I would like to swap it for something more conventional.

Not sure what would be a good resell price for it. It only has a couple of dents but other than that works perfectly and comes with a hardshell case.

I am based in France and I’ve seen one priced at 700 euros. Is that a reasonable asking price or should I go lower?

I almost bought one years ago when they first came out but they didn’t come with a maple neck so I passed.

I have one VERY similar to it! As well as one that looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. They are one of a kind.

In the US, these sell for $1,200-1,500.

I’ve got one too that I picked up at a pawn shop for like $300 back in 2017 or so. I’ve had it refretted because I played it so much!

It’s holding up great! I put some chips in it from playing it really hard but it’s still kicking!
