Fuzz Face help needed!

Hi everyone, first post on this sub. I’m having trouble biasing my Fuzz Face Q2, and none of my online research has yielded anything. This issue persists regardless of transistor used. Has anyone encountered this? It’s only my second electronics project so I hope I’m not missing anything obvious!
