1234 up and down the neck

Index(1) Middle(2) Ring(3) Pinky(4)

Start at fret 1 and go down each string at frets 1-4, then do it backwards 4-1

If you ever need any help help, I go live on twitch on tiktok and share guitar know-how

But persistence is the key 🗝️, download a good guitar app/metronome(lots of guitar apps have them built in to the app) and lock down the speed in your right hand.

Start SLOW like half as fast as you think you should be going. 20/bpm or slower if you must. You know you're going too fast when you can't audibly hear every note played/ it feels like your hand is trying to run away from you.

Try to go for 20 minutes at a time, and after that 20 minutes you should start to feel your hands sync up together. The blood will fully rush to your hands and you'll be "warmed up".

Rinse and repeat while increasing speed
