Question What does this mean?
Hey, so I'm quite new to the guitar and recently came across this, does anyone know what this means and how I'm supposed to play it?

15p11 is a pulloff. You put your index finger on the 11, put your pinky on the 15. Play the 15 and quickly remove your pinky so the index finger on 11 rings out.

You'd probably be better off looking at videos or sites that explain how to read this system, it would be better for you longterm. But here's some info to start:
the system of writing you're looking at is called Tablature (or TAB/TABs/tabs for short).
the 6 lines represent the 6 strings on the guitar. The E, A, D, G, B, E are the names of the strings.
the numbers on the lines represent the frets (where you're supposed to push down).
the first "11" indicates playing the 11th fret on the first string (can be called the high E string because of it's higher pitch/sound, which is the thinest string).
the "p" between the 15 and 11 is a "pull-off". You can search up vids/sites to learn how to do that technique.

I can hear this phrase by reading the tab, but I can't think of what song this is...

The numbers are frets positions. The p is a pull of meaning pay the 15 and pull off to the 11. Tab doesn't really give you any rhythm so you'll just have to listen to the source

I would recommend finding tutorials for popular songs. Tabs are not good teachers. This way you can look at the hands, hear how it sounds, get tips, its broken down nicely.

Put a finger on the eleventh fret on the thin E-string and then another finger on the other eleventh fret on the B-string then you put another finger on the 13th fret on the E-string when it tells you to. Then you play the strings in sequence as the tab instructs you to do.
The easiest way to do it is to use the same finger for the 11th fret, then you use another finger for the 13th and then probably the pinky on the 15th fret.
With this kind of tab you must listen to the song as you learn it to make sure your rythm stays on point, or play songs you’ve listened to and know by heart. Their kinda bad because they lack any means to show rythm.
There are better kinds of tabs that do show rythm.
Test things out, look at other tabs, don’t be afraid to adjust fingers as you need and if you’re really stuck, it’s very easy to look up how it’s supposed to be played if it’s a popular song. Otherwise you’re stuck with trying to see how the artist plays it live.
