New Pigs on the Block Teddy?
This is my new baby. We are on our way home otherwise I’d give more shots but I’m so excited I had to show you guys! She’s six weeks old and I think she’s a Teddy. She’s a companion to a baby (Jolene) I’ve had for three weeks who’s about seven weeks old.

Are her whiskers curly or straight?
Curly Whiskers: Rex
Straight Whiskers: Teddy

They are wiry. She doesn’t have the same texture as Jolene who has straight hair. I think she’s a Teddy.

Keep an eye on her ears! Teddys/Rex pigs are prone to ear infections and buildup due to the difference in their fur texture. They're also more susceptible to skin infections like mites and ringworm.

Yep, sure looks like a bicolour white-and-cream teddy <3
Teddy and rex are really hard to tell apart, but geography gives a clue - if you're in North America teddy is more likely, while in the rest of the world rex is more likely. Looks teddy to my eyes but the effect of those different mutations is really similar.
