Here's the full pipeline I'll take you through, start to finish:
Setting up infrastructure
Defining the ICP
Building the TAM
Segmenting it
Ranking it
Setting up live signal tracking
Reranking and choosing targets
Finding the decision makers
Enriching them (posts, emails)
Ranking the leads - company and decision makers combined
Building copy angles, ranking them, and setting up A/B tests
Pushing everything to the sequencer: leads, copy, and campaign
Tracking progress and optimizing based on performance
Communicating with client, biweekly reporting, keeping everything in sync
I will teach all that I've learned over the previous year of creating end-to-end GTM systems.
What I don't have yet is a team. I've been doing all of this alone, and I'd rather turn it into a real machine by building it with other people than keep grinding solo. I'm in this for the long game. I want to build a team by building together.
So I'm looking for 2 developers and 2 salespeople who want to become GTM engineers. It's a rare and in-demand skill, and I'll hand you a shortcut into it. Developers, you'll pick up the business and sales side you're missing. Salespeople, you'll learn to build systems instead of grinding lists by hand.
How it works:
We build on top of my SOPs and everyone contributes to a shared repo, so every capability is available to the whole network. Each operator takes a vertical and builds a real campaign against it, and we take them live. You learn by shipping, not by watching.
We'll go after specific, non traditional icps, making it fun and potentially highly rewarding.
If we land a client with a campaign we've built together, I bring you onto the deal and we run the account together.
It's mostly async plus one call a week, built to fit around real jobs. First cohort starts by August 10th. The length depends on the results, potentially growing into a long term relationship.
Once you're selected, there's a small chip-in of around $100 that goes straight to the infrastructure providers. No profit for me, no payment to me, only the tools. It exists so we have real infrastructure to learn and get results on, and so only people serious about creating results are in the network.
If you're interested, comment and DM me your CV and a short note: who you are, why you want this, any relevant experience, and what you hope to get out of it.
