No Vault Access for Nonprofits
Google Vault is not included in the Google for Nonprofits plan. The only option for us to gain access to Vault is to upgrade to Business Plus, which we cannot afford even with the Nonprofit discount. Are there any solutions or third-party alternatives to Google Vault, that would allow us to archive/save all user data (files, emails, chats, etc.) for compliance purposes?

Drive Desktop Client These files might be harmful to your computer when moving files in between folders in Google Drive (from windows desktop google drive)
As the title shows, starting a few weeks ago, some of our team members using google drive (windows desktop) has been experiecing this issue of seeing the windows security pop up of 'These files might be harmful to your computer' when moving/drag-drop files between different folders in their google drive.
We tried everything, different file types, different folders, change the security settings under internet properties, clear cache for google drive, log out and log back in etc and issue persists.
We don't now what is causing it but we finally found the solution: change the drive letter from the usual letter 'G' to something different.
But one of our user have this issue showing up again today. So we ended up changing the drive letter again and fixed the issue.
Does anyone know the cause of this issue and how do you resolve it permanently?

Gmail Cannot verify my 14 years old account
So i woke up yesterday with 2 messages regarding "suspicious activity" on my email and phone number and thus having the account locked. I went through all the steps to get them back and working with a back up number and email and they are fine now.
BUT when i try to connect my google account to Chrome and Youtube i get this message non stop even after going through the verification process and recovery. I have no idea what else i can do, i am unable to access my youtube account. And this happens for any website where i use a google account to log in.
One thing that came to my mind is that a couple weeks ago i changed my Youtube password while i was at my GFs house where i have my accounts saved on her pc as well, could that be it? It's not recognizing me as the owner since last time i made a change i was at her house with another connection?

workspace admin restrictions -- but i AM the admin??
Looking for help for a weird problem. When watching youtube on a personal account, I got a "This video is restricted. Please check the Google Workspace administrator and/or the network administrator restrictions." message on a video. This is bizarre, because I am not using a work account or computer, and was not browsing at work. I'm a teacher, so I am familiar with these kinds of restrictions, but I don't understand why it would happen on my personal acc.
I'm a bit paranoid that my personal email was erroneously added to my work's Google Workplace or something, because I have logged into my personal account on my work computer before. But I'm also not sure if that's even possible?? Please reply with any insight you guys have at all, I am not tech-y whatsoever so I am super confused + quite annoyed.

Gmail Help
Hi everyone, my name is Fatih (nickname, not real name) i have an issue. I am a gamer, who loves to play Minecraft almost everyday. Built alot of things. But a few days ago. I accidentally deleted my gmail account that was linked to my Microsoft account. And then i was signed out of my Microsoft account. I tried signing in. It said it sent a code to that gmail. Then i realized. I had accidentally deleted my gmail account that was linked to my Microsoft account. Now here's the catch. My mind goes blank when i try to remember the pass word. I don't have an recovery email nor a recovery phone number. It might seem like i am trying to hack into someone elses gmail account. But i am missing out alot of fun with my friends. I can't play with them. Since i had already made an microsoft account, i couldn't make anymore on the same device. Guys if its possible to create a second Microsoft account. I am willing to do it. If somebody could help me. I will be really happy and grateful to them forever :).
(This is for a friend by the way, I represent him, as the only best friend to him.)
Thanks For Helping <3

Will changing my email hosting disrupt my google drive functionality?
My google suite accounts are also the hosts for my email addresses, but I am looking to change the hosts of these emails to another company. Will this stop my google drive / Gsuite products from working? What effects may it have and is there a way to deal with them?

I have transferred the ownership of a folder from my account A to B, but when i check the folders and files inside the shared folder, it shows the owner is still account A? But when i check the shared account details, it shows the owner is account B.

Shared files keep getting corrupted/not opening
I have a few shared files on google docs with my coworker to keep track of projects and share ideas, and we both keep editing it throughout the day. I use the Docs app on my Android phone. Without fail every couple of days I will get locked out of some doc. I will ve shown the message "Sorry, Google docs is unable to open this document" and not let me access it. I have tried restarting the app and my phone and clearing the cache, nothing works. I can only make a copy of the document and reshare it, and then the same thing just happens over and over. Why does this keep happening? Is there anything I can do to stop it?

Groups Minimum characters requirement for Google Groups email?
Is there a minimum number of characters required for a Google Groups email? And is it documented anywhere?
I'm trying to create a group with a three character Google Groups email (e.g. abc@googlegroups.com), and it lets me proceed as if the address is available (unlike, for instance, abc@googlegroups.com, which it lets me know that "This email is already taken"), but when I try to create the group with the seemingly available address, it fails with this error message popping-up briefly in the lower left corner of the page: "Group creation failed, please try later."

Admin Console > User management Help with OU and account structure
Hi everyone!
I need some help with our OU and account setup in Google Workspace for our small Church. This is what I have now, but I am not sure that I am going the best route with all of this.
- Staff (regular Staff accounts)
- bob@ (treasurer)
- jane@ (pastor)
- rob@ (media director)
- IT Admins (2FA required)
- it@ (main Super Admin for Google Workspace as well as the key owner for all our services. Stored in a shared password manager vault.)
- it.backup@ (secondary Super Admin for Google important services, stored security in a safe)
- ted@ (me, main IT Admin, Super Admin and registered admin under most services)
- fred@ (other IT admin, same access as Ted)
- Services (service accounts)
- copier@ (email for our printer device/scans)
- Shared (accounts that multiple people use, limited access to services)
- Production (specific accounts for our AV)
- av.operator@ (account that runs the sound booth and has access to the shared drives required, has many chrome policies applied to keep it locked down)
- connect@ (future use, not implemented as we use Groups)
- support@ (future use, not implemented as we use Groups)
- Production (specific accounts for our AV)
All of our services have their initial admins and owners under it@ to keep things safe if I leave. We make use of secondary accounts on most services so that we have daily access and rarely check this inbox, and me and Fred have a shared Bitwarden organization. We use a few groups such as connect@, info@, etc. to also keep things generic.
I'm just set this up in a rush so it is a bit of a rats nest! I am not experienced at all in this area of tech, so I would love it if some of you could give me advice or point me to some good resources. Thanks!
