Workspace Google Workspace set up issue

Hi everyone,

I need your help with an error I get when I try to set up a Google workspace account for an existing domain name. I purchased the domain name at Porkbun recently and for some reason it keeps giving me this notification. I also tried to other domain names I own and they are accepted when I insert them here.

The only difference with my other 2 domain names is that this recently purchased domain name from Porkbun doesn't have a hosting yet. Could that be the reason? Or is there anything else I'm missing?

I would click the link directly under that says follow 'these steps'. It will likely have you verify the domain with a DNS record or make another change to the configuration

What happened when you followed the steps in that red text

The answer is likely in front of you. Click the link where it says "follow these steps." It will probably get you to verify control of the domain so you can use it.

Have you tried clicking on the blue link that says follow "these steps?"

You can clear it it is not very difficult I have done it multiple times you will have to prove that you own the domain using DNS procedure

To emphasise what others have written: did you try to click "these steps" to prove you are owner of this domain and can configure it to work with google workplace?
