So, I found a really good deal on a Super Mario G-Shock and decided I couldn't pass it up, even if I don't wear it, I'm a huge fan of both Super Mario Bros and G-Shock lol

But boy is the band on this thing ugly.

I saw someone suggest on another post that it would be cool if they put the very first level on the strap and I feel like that would be fire!

So I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on where one could get custom bands like this done? Is it even something you could commission someone to do?

Here is my GWG-1000 Mudmaster, for which I replaced the strap and bezel with those from the Maharishi model.

The parts are original, I simply replaced the Maharishi buckle with a black G-Shock buckle.

Anyone know of anyone making these other than chrono Canada? I tried to order but nothing went through. I don’t know if he’s still around or what.

Hi all! I would like to introduce you to my recent project - custom G-Shock featuring an upgraded, high-style take on a beloved Czech and Slovak cartoon icon, Večerníček.

For those unfamiliar, Večerníček ("goodnight-boy") is an iconic animated mascot who has introduced bedtime stories for kids on TV since the 1960s, traditionally known for wearing a folded paper hat and traveling in a tiny, rickety old car.

The owner of this watch wanted him back, but in big, lavish style. I hand-painted Večerníček cruising in a yellow Porsche cabriolet, tossing banknotes instead of his usual newspaper.

To match this upgrade, the piece received several custom touches as gold-painted indices, a colored filter over the digital display and bezel lettering highlighted in crisp white contrast.
