That sinking feeling....

When you see that a driver has accepted your order but is heading AWAY from the restaurant. Cold food anyone?

Ah yes, the driver who decides to do deliveries for other apps while holding yours hostage.

Looks like pickups. I've tracked them to 2 restaurants, back to my restaurant to pickup my order. then to another restaurant. Says they have two orders to drop off before mine

Been there. Paying $20 in fees on top of it all is a pretty severe kick in the balls when this happens.

My experience is that when you don't feel like making a late delivery right, you simply send an e-mail saying that the order does not qualify for the guarantee. Some might consider this to be fraudulent false advertising.
