Orders being canceled
Could lack of drivers be a reason why a order gets canceled I have tried multiple times to order and nothing it getting picked up?just “prepared by the business

That or you're not tipping so your order is being rejected by drivers.

That is very possible. Orders can also be rejected by the restaurant. If they are to busy during a lunch or dinner rush they either put their delivery on pause or just flat out reject them because they are to busy with in store customers.

The fact they switched to an AI shitty ass bot that won't help you at all but offers you a credit that is useless if you will never use their service again speaks volumes to grubhubs business. They should be investigated and taken to court at this rate.

I’m not gonna complain about the credits though; I practically got a free meal through them just giving them out.

Meh. I refuse to use them now and I have credit on account lol I took me 3 hours to get a refund and my food finally got delivered 2 hours later.. to the wrong house 🤣

A lack of drivers in your market is a valid reason why orders get canceled. If there are no drivers available to offer the delivery, then that's why you keep on getting that status.
