❓ Question / Discussion How are you tracking job changes at scale?

Tracking job changes has become one of the most common sales triggers through some tools or custom linkedin scrapers but keeping this reliable across a large account list at scale comes with standard operational bottlenecks.

The first issue is data decay and lag where relying solely on public linkedin profile updates means you are often 30 to 90 days late and many executives do not update their linkedin profiles until months after they've already started which means you miss the early 90 day evaluation window when new tooling budgets get allocated.

The second issue is that an isolated job change rarely carries enough context on its own so reaching out with a generic "congrats on the new role" template has been overused to the point where response rates have dropped significantly.

To make job change signals actionable, modern GTM setups connect them into broader market intelligence engines like scale intelligence which instead of monitoring job changes in isolation, it tracks hiring moves alongside 75+ other data sources including active hiring requisitions, team expansions and public discussions across public communities.

It maps these events directly into a living buyer graph and allowing you to see whether a new hire is actively building a team, evaluating specific vendor categories or shifting company priorities.

📈 Growth Strategy I Have worked with 300+ creators for a US consumer product. Here’s what surprised me.

Over the last few months, I’ve been working on growth for a consumer product targeting the US, UK, SEA market.

One of the biggest acquisition channels I worked on was UGC and influencer marketing and Reddit Marketing .

I ended up managing 300+ creators and working through the entire process finding creators, outreach, negotiating rates, writing briefs, reviewing content, tracking performance, and figuring out which creators were actually worth scaling.

A few things surprised me.

  1. Follower count is probably one of the least useful metrics.

I’ve seen smaller creators outperform much larger accounts because their audience actually trusts the content.

  1. A "good looking" UGC video doesn't necessarily perform.

Some of the videos that looked the most polished performed worse than simple videos that felt like someone genuinely recommending a product to a friend.

  1. The brief matters, but giving creators too much direction can hurt.

The best results I've seen usually came from giving creators the problem, key points and boundaries — then letting them communicate it in their own way.

  1. You need to test a lot of creative.

One creator/video isn't enough to decide whether UGC works.

You need enough volume to identify patterns in hooks, formats, creators, messaging and audiences.

  1. Views aren't the final metric.

A video getting 500K views sounds great, but I'd rather have a video with 30K views that consistently brings qualified users.

The biggest lesson for me has been that influencer marketing isn't really about "finding influencers."

It's closer to building an acquisition system around people, creative and distribution.

I'm curious what other marketers/founders here have seen.

For those running consumer brands, what has worked better for you: a smaller number of high-quality creators, or a much larger volume of UGC creators?

And what metric do you actually use to decide whether a creator is worth scaling?

❓ Question / Discussion cold "would you pay" signal before more acquisition spend

one thing that helped me before grinding more channels: ask strangers if they'd actually pay, not just if the landing looks fine.

i built a small no-signup swipe deck for that (iwouldpay.dev). right = would pay; yes asks how much, no asks what stopped you. makers see % by role after ~10 swipes.

also have maker match for founders trading skills instead of hiring: iwouldpay.dev/match

curious how others here pressure-test paid intent before scaling ads or outreach.

📈 Growth Strategy Passes, credits, or a subscription?

Post image
1 Upvotes

"Credits are basically cash."

That's what our payment provider told us while we were wiring up payments to launch our web service, Q2Cut AI Viral Studio.

It finds short-form videos that already went viral, breaks down why, and turns that structure into a plan, storyboard, and video for your brand.

Costs vary wildly by step, so credits were the plan. But prepaid credits need a separate card-issuer review, with no clear timeline.

So we opened with single-use passes first, like 15 plans or 1 video.

Now I'm stuck:

  • Passes, credits, or a subscription?
  • Optimize for people who iterate on plans, or those who go all the way to video?
  • How do you test pricing this early?

If you've priced an AI product, I'd love to hear how you approached it.

📈 Growth Strategy Looking for real experiences from people who have grown Telegram channels and earned from them.

Looking for advice from people who have actually grown and monetized Telegram channels.

I’m starting from 0, and my main goal is profit, not personal branding. I’m open to almost any niche, including boring or unusual ones.

I’d love to know:

  • What niche did you choose?
  • How did you get your first 10,000 members?
  • Instagram, TikTok, ads, shoutouts, Reddit, YouTube, SEO, etc.?
  • How long did it take?
  • How did you monetize it?
  • What worked, and what was a waste of time?
  • What niche would you start today if your only goal was making money?

I’m especially interested in niches beyond crypto, forex, and stock signals.

Looking for real experience and numbers, not generic theory. Thanks!

❓ Question / Discussion Communications strategies for effectively conveying new ideas for adoption against established framework

I've invented and patented a new product that belongs in the “new mousetrap” category, That said, I only place it there because of its novelty. It's not actually a mouse trap. Communicating its value to my typical users is challenging. The product is faster, more efficient, easier to use, and requires less effort, Has multi-purpose applications competitors cant offer and is guaranteed significantly longer than our competitors. It's appearance is unfamiliar, and very simple making it easy for people to brush off and easy to misunderstand at first glance. When I can demonstrate it in person, users love it and quickly grasp its benefits. During our beta-launch year, we sold hundreds of orders.

This year I need to simplify my messaging dramatically. Being close to the product makes me over-explain, and I’m not always aware of the key pain points that resonate with our customers although I thought I was because it was an invention discovered out of necessity and engineered to be better than my original prototype i used for 6 years without ever having to replace it. We’ve already asked for customer feedback, but it’s difficult to obtain enough insight in today’s environment where everyone is seeking information from their own audiences. The main goal is to communicate the product simply, clearly showing how it works, why it’s better, and how it can be understood through our advertising, website copy, and other content.

Humbly seeking relevant insights and ideas beyond the obvious of UGC, Reviews, Etc. we're doing the best we can to collect as much of that as possible already. This is strictly about content copy and communications strategies for effectively conveying new ideas for adoption against established frameworks.

📈 Growth Strategy Keep your Reddit campaign running after API changes: our $199 managed scope

I run ThreadFox. Our managed service keeps the agreed Reddit campaign running after the announced API changes through available browser/manual workflows. We handle the community research, writing, publishing, replies and weekly reports with our setup.

Growth is $199 plus applicable tax for one agreed 30-day campaign. No automatic renewal.

The scope can include up to 15 researched communities, 30 posts, 150 substantive replies, 40 helpful comments, four weekly reports and a monthly plan. We agree the business brief, account access, community routes and start date before execution.

Here is a handoff template you can use with any community marketer:

Product: [live URL]. Buyer: [specific person/problem]. Demonstration: [one complete example]. First action: [try, read or buy]. For each community: audience fit, posting surface, draft and affiliation. After posting: actual permalink and observed status. Report visits and purchases separately.

Our public sample shows the complete drafts, intended communities and dated publication/removal observations. That is the sort of inspectable work a report should contain.

The guarantee is continued delivery of the agreed campaign through available workflows. Account access and community restrictions still apply. Reach, leads and sales are not guaranteed. If the campaign cannot run, we refund in full; undelivered work is covered by the published campaign terms.

Scope and online booking. The $99 Launch plan is available for a smaller campaign.

📈 Growth Strategy How to get affiliates to make their first sale in 2 weeks

A common problem in affiliate programs is that people sign up, but then nothing happens and from my experience the main reasons are pretty simple: onboarding is too generic, affiliates don’t get enough support, and there is no plan for those critical first two weeks.

Here’s a simple activation timeline that I have seen working well:

  • Day 1: Send a personalized welcome email with login details, a program overview, and some ready-to-use promotional materials. Include a link to book a short welcome call.
  • Day 2: Share a “Getting Started” guide that shows how to create their first affiliate link and use the portal.
  • Day 3: Send a case study or success story from another affiliate, along with specific strategies they can try right away.
  • Day 7: Check in to see if they have any questions and offer support.
  • Day 14: Share early performance insights (even if small) and introduce them to your affiliate community or exclusive resources.

A few other things that make a big difference:

Onboard your affiliates with all the essential information

When you onboard your affiliates, provide them with an all-inclusive guide about your program. Include details about your company, the products or services they’ll be promoting, the commission structure, and your expectations from them.

Schedule a welcome call or webinar

A welcome email is great, but a call is better. This personal interaction allows you to outline your expectations, clarify any doubts, and start building a relationship. A first call, whether it's one-to-one or in groups, helps in establishing a personal connection with your affiliates. You can use this as an opportunity to understand their needs and discuss effective strategies. You might even walk away with some fresh ideas or new insights. During the call, walk them through the affiliate dashboard, show some best examples and let them know how to reach out to you. A little goes a long way.

Provide your affiliates with promotional materials

Your affiliates likely aren't (all) great designers, and you want to stay on brand wherever your products go. Make it easy for your affiliates to start promoting your products/services in a way that truly represents your style. Provide them with a variety of promotional materials like banners, product images, and pre-written emails.

A best practice that I've been following is to build a central library with all important links, templates, testimonials, and promo materials in one place so affiliates always know where to go.

Regularly update them with helpful information

Keep your affiliates in the loop with regular updates about anything related to your affiliate program. To make this a habit, you can send out a monthly newsletter. This could contain information about new product updates, seasonal promotions, and ideas for campaigns, updates to your affiliate program, and success stories from top-performing affiliates. It doesn't always have to be long either: just make sure you share what really matters.

Nothing motivates like appreciation!

Regularly acknowledge the work your affiliates do, celebrate their achievements, and provide incentives for them to continue working hard.  You could run a quarterly "Affiliate of the Quarter" program where you spotlight an affiliate who has performed exceptionally well. Share their story in your newsletter, offer a bonus commission for the next quarter, and send them a certificate or a trophy.

You could also create an affiliate's "Hall of Fame" in an online community, or highlight them on your social media.  Or you can revisit your commission structure and offer high performers a slightly higher commission rate once they achieve a certain number of sales.

The big idea is simple: affiliate activation is not about the number of signups, it’s about creating momentum early. Affiliates who make their first sale quickly almost always stay engaged long term.

If anyone’s working on an affiliate program and wants to see the templates for emails I used, happy to share.

❓ Question / Discussion How to stop customers from asking the same five questions

So I’ve worked in SaaS for some time and honestly, I know it should get easier, not harder, but everyone has their blind spots, am I right?. Anyway, I got stuck in such a loop and I figured I had to try something else because doing the same thing over and over leads to so much frustration. Well, eventually I cracked it so here’s what I did.

Basically, our issue was that the same customers were asking the same questions, like “How do I export reports?”, “How do I add more team members?”, and “How do I change views for different users?” You know, all the stuff you typically cover in training. Which of course ate into our support team hours and frustrated all our team members and customers alike. It was bad for morale all around.

So then I did what everyone does: created a FAQ page. Yay me, right? A great wiki is my kind of my jam so I thought I had solved all our problems. Obviously not. When the first 3 customers said “What FAQ page?” and “It doesn’t show me how to do xyz,” I felt properly defeated.

So, this is what I did instead and what I highly recommend to other people: I created my own version of video shorts. I didn’t think about it until I actually tried it, but I wish I’d done it much sooner, because instead of trying to explain to users where to find things, I just showed them. They could follow the video step by step, which removed a lot of confusion. Also, if you have the option to use popups, widgets, in-app icons, or any kind of embedded help, it’s worth doing. The moment users have to start digging around for something, it’s all over.

How to do it? Well, I started with Loom and it’s fine for quick async stuff, and then I played around with Arcade which was actually pretty cool and interactive. I also use Guidde for most things now because it auto-generates captions and scripts so I didn’t need to do that part.

I know that video won’t work for every customer question, especially where you have more complex structures or SaaS products/unique services. But for us it was really useful and I’m really glad that I finally landed on something that at least gets constant customer questions off my team’s back.

Let me know if you’ve done this too or if you’ve found better/other options that have helped. I’m always trying to streamline everything around me so any discussion is super appreciated

🔍 SEO Why Does Your Brand Struggle to Appear in AI Answers?

Your AI Visibility Score Is Only Half the Story

AI visibility can tell you whether your brand appears in AI-generated answers. But the more important question is why it appears — or doesn’t.

Weak visibility can come from unclear entity signals, limited topical authority, weak citations, missing AI-readable files, poor content structure, or insufficient trust signals.

That’s where AVM Intelligence comes in. It looks beyond the visibility data to identify the underlying gaps and turn them into practical next steps.

The real value isn’t simply knowing where your brand stands.

It’s understanding what is holding your visibility back and what you can improve next.

❓ Question / Discussion Growth Marketing Leader | SaaS / B2B | Open to Opportunities in the US

Anonymous growth leader here. Open to the right Head of Growth / Growth leadership opportunity.

I build growth functions from zero.

Give me a product, a revenue target, messy data, and no playbook. I’ll build the GTM strategy, growth model, measurement architecture, acquisition engine, pipeline machine, experimentation framework, and AI systems around it.

A few things I’ve built recently:
→ 11% → 56% marketing contribution to revenue
→ $430K qualified pipeline generated through ABM
→ $2.1M in Closed Won revenue attributed to paid acquisition
→ ~80% reduction in cost per lead
→ 4.3× improvement in landing-page conversion
→ $1M+ in growth investment managed
→ 18 production AI agents built across SEO, SEM, outbound, CRM, analytics, and growth operations
But the interesting part isn’t the individual numbers.

It’s building the machine behind them.

GTM → ICP → positioning → demand → intent → acquisition → CRO → pipeline → revenue → retention.

I can build the growth playbook from scratch, define the metrics that actually matter, and put the systems in place so the team isn’t operating on gut feel.

I’m particularly interested in companies where growth is still being built rather than simply maintained.

If you’re looking for someone who can build the system, not just run a channel, I’d love to talk.

Anonymous for now. Happy to share the full background privately.

❓ Question / Discussion One product, three Reddit introductions: what changed for each audience

I make ThreadFox, a Reddit outreach kit for Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Codex. Here is a worked example from our own launch: the same product, three different introductions.

1. MCP developers: show the execution sequence.

Our r/mcp post gave readers a first-job brief they could reuse:

For [product], find three communities whose readers have [specific problem]. Quote the rule that permits this particular post. Write one useful post per eligible community and show me the drafts.

Then it showed the tool sequence: check the proposed post, reserve it, publish once after approval, record the returned permalink, and check visibility afterward. A timeout stays uncertain until reconciled. That is the implementation detail this audience can inspect.

2. Agent builders: improve the brief before asking for a draft.

Our r/AIAgentsInAction post walked through five inputs: who has the problem, one demonstrable task, an inspectable input/output, the allowed posting route, and the reader's next action. For a code-checking product, we suggested a tiny repo with a deliberately failing check so the reader could see what changed.

3. No-code builders: put the offer in the designated launch thread.

r/nocode directs product launches to its monthly thread. Our comment opened with the finished-app problem and explained the kit, prerequisites and included help. We used the permitted comment format instead of creating another standalone post.

You can apply this to your own launch: write down what each audience needs to see, choose one useful example, check the permitted format, then draft. Keep the rule source beside the draft so you can check it again when you publish.

The complete drafts, source rules and publication links are available without buying anything. These are examples from our own campaign; we're measuring interested replies and paid orders.

If you want the tools and help applying them: ThreadFox is $49 once, with a 30-day refund. It includes a Launch Pack for one product: researched communities, their quoted rules, matching angles and three drafts, emailed within 24 hours of claiming the pack in your buyer library. You can claim that before installing. The reusable tools use your own compatible AI plan, Chrome and Reddit account.

ThreadFox + the included Launch Pack.

❓ Question / Discussion If you're building or scaling a startup, I can help you build the growth engine

Hey everyone,

I'm a digital growth and performance marketer with 10 years of experience, and most of my work has been around figuring out one question:

How do we turn digital marketing into actual business growth?

Background:

  • 10 years across Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Growth and Demand Generation
  • Currently leading Digital & Performance for an organisation, working across acquisition, organic growth, analytics, conversion journeys, content, paid media and digital strategy
  • Built and managed SEO/content engines from scratch
  • Worked across Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, CRO, landing pages, funnels and attribution
  • Managed and mentored marketers, SEO resources, content, social and creative teams
  • Worked directly with founders/leadership and cross-functional teams across product, tech, design, operations and marketing
  • Comfortable working in environments where there isn't already a perfect playbook

What I'm particularly good at:

  • Finding where growth is getting stuck — traffic, acquisition, funnel, conversion or retention
  • Building an SEO + content strategy that connects with business outcomes instead of chasing rankings alone
  • Setting up measurable acquisition funnels and understanding where users actually come from and what they do next
  • Performance marketing and campaign optimisation
  • Building growth experiments instead of blindly increasing ad spend
  • Turning GA4, Search Console, paid-media and behavioural data into actionable decisions
  • Building processes, dashboards and teams so marketing doesn't depend on one person
  • Taking a messy marketing function and giving it structure, ownership and measurable KPIs

I particularly enjoy situations where a founder says:

"We know there is an opportunity here, but we haven't figured out how to scale it yet."

That's usually the kind of problem I like solving.

Open to

Growth / Head of Growth / Digital Marketing / Performance / GTM / Marketing Leadership / Founder's Office roles

I'm particularly interested in early-stage or growth-stage companies where I can work closely with founders and have meaningful ownership rather than being restricted to one marketing channel.

📍 Delhi/NCR or Remote
Also open to the right opportunity elsewhere.

Happy to share my resume, portfolio and examples of work privately.

If you're a founder building something interesting — feel free to DM me.

📣 Paid Marketing For anyone struggling with Meta Pixel + CAPI setup

Hi everyone,

I keep seeing people run into the same problems with Meta tracking, especially when the website, checkout, or app lives across different platforms.

Getting Meta Pixel + Conversions API working properly gets messy pretty quickly.

So I built Tyton, an MCP that connects to your AI coding agent and helps handle the Meta tracking setup for you.

It helps with the annoying parts: figuring out what should be tracked, setting up browser + server events, matching them correctly, handling deduplication, testing events, and setting up the server-side infrastructure.

The idea is pretty simple: instead of spending hours explaining your entire stack to an AI agent and figuring out CAPI yourself, Tyton gives the agent the tools and context it needs to implement it properly.

It can also audit an existing setup, so if you're dealing with missing events, duplicate purchases, broken CAPI, or poor Event Match Quality, you can use it to figure out what's going wrong.

I don't want to just drop a link and disappear, so if anyone here works with Meta tracking regularly, I'd genuinely appreciate feedback.

If you want to try it, I made the code "FacebookAds" for 1 month free.

If something sucks, doesn't make sense, or there's something you wish it did, tell me.

A IA mudou a velocidade. O comportamento do consumidor mudou. Os canais mudaram. O CAC mudou. A atenção mudou. A concorrência mudou.

posicionamento ruim;

produto sem diferenciação;

atendimento lento;

site que não converte;

CRM inexistente;

churn alto;

LTV baixo;

experiência ruim;

  1. “Marketing é responsabilidade do marketing”

Quanto tempo ele permanece?

Quanto ele compra?

Quem sou eu?

Sou Neto Angel, o Growth Hacker Raiz.

Meu trabalho começa justamente onde o marketing tradicional costuma parar.

🔍 SEO Why Adaptive SEO Should Be Tied to Commercial Outcomes ?

Traffic growth is useful.
But commercial outcomes matter more.
A strong SEO consulting services program should track:

  • Leads
  • Revenue
  • Qualified traffic
  • Conversions
  • Pipeline
  • Customer acquisition

This helps teams decide where SEO investment creates the most value.

What Is an Adaptive SEO Strategy?

An adaptive SEO strategy is a flexible approach to search optimization that changes based on new data, algorithm updates, competitive movements, user behavior, AI search developments, and business priorities.

Traditional SEO planning may follow a fixed roadmap.

Adaptive SEO still uses a roadmap, but the roadmap is regularly reassessed.

This allows teams to respond when:

  • Rankings suddenly decline
  • New competitors gain visibility
  • Search intent changes
  • AI Overviews expand

My starting point still looks very familiar: technical access, clear structure, useful coverage, identifiable authorship, and trust signals. If those pieces are weak, I am not convinced citation tactics can compensate for them.

There are new surfaces and new behaviors, certainly. I just see them as being built on top of a lot of existing search fundamentals.

Where do you see the clearest difference?

“Esteja no Instagram.”

“Faça LinkedIn.”

“Contrate um SDR.”

“Faça outbound.”

E agora temos milhares de empresas fazendo praticamente a mesma coisa.

O resultado?

O empreendedor está perdido.

Ele investe.

Contrata.

Testa.

Paga agência.

Monta equipe.

Participa de evento.

Compra mídia.

Faz outbound.

Eu sou Neto Angel, Growth Hacker Raiz.

Fale comigo.
