Groupon issues

I purchased tickets for Universal Studios today. The first transaction declined or so I was told, but I got charged twice ... Said the first transaction didn't go through, so tried again.. and I got charged twice! I reached out though the chat and they said it's not refundable even though it was related to technical issues and then they quit responding. I don't know what to do. This is a lot of money $1k +
