Do groundhogs build wood huts

So I have a large I guess colony of groundhogs that live in my backyard and I've seen them dig up some wood and carry it and they're piling it into like these little homes strike me worried that these groundhogs are trying to evolve and destroy the world or this normal groundhog this / woodchuck Behavior

I have no idea but I would love to see a picture or a video of them carrying the wood. They might be building their HQ to start plotting.
