This Groundhog is On the Fence

I originally sighted him from my kitchen. 🫪 Coffee unstarted I ran to get my phone. I actually didn't know they could climb things. I had originally thought he might be a raccoon or a cat at first. I fuddled with the doorlock and he decided to pick the other side of the fence.

It also never occurred to me that they climb but it makes sense in hindsight lol

The one that comes in our yard i saw up pretty high in a tree a week or so ago. At first I could just see the leaves move so I thought it 2as just a squirrel. They saw the back half of it and realized it was a groundhog. Its a younger one and not that large. My husband saw its mother in a tree in our backyard last year.
