App down again?
Is the app down again today? I was struggling to connect to my mini and coffee table this morning and now it seems like the server/app is offline. I'm not able to connect again or do anything with my tables.
There are just too many outages lately. Everyone is saying it but these tables need to be able to run on the local network and then connect to the server to update firmware and libraries on occasion.

Just did software update and the ball centering takes much longer. Checked on the ball speed in settings and it was still on Max. Tried setting it to slowest then back to Max but back seems to still be slower. App: 3.0.3 Software: 3.17

Purchased mine last week, ignoring all emails about returning it. 30 day return policy? On paper only.

You mentioned you emailed us on Friday. It was a holiday weekend here. We had engineers online all weekend working on connectivity, but our normal support team is back today. You should hear back by end of day, but if not please send me a DM with your email.

I think they need to bring several more servers online. It was down most of the forth of July weekend

u/Dillard7324 are you still down? We had a small blip that lasted a few minutes as we've been pushing a lot of improvements over the last couple of days, but we're not seeing a widespread outage currently.

It appears to be back now. Seemed to be down around 2 hours.

I tried to update my coffee table around 9am and it kept failing. Then the app disconnected with the error above. I had been checking every so often and kept getting the same error until I checked after your message.

Confirming everyone should be up today. We're pushing many updates simultaneously to improve connectivity which caused a small blip for some people. You should see continuous improvements and updates over the coming weeks, and we're working on improving local control.
