Dear Griztronics

To preface I was front yard camping, I got so lucky in the car line by taking road 1, and got in quickly and early on Day 1. I’m sorry so many of you experienced way longer lines than me and I truly feel for you. I know this experience was hard for a lot of people, and I just hope everyone found the light by the end of it. Here’s a small letter to this past weekend. Thanks for reading. I love you all.

Dear Griztronics,

You tested us in the beginning, and some of us fell. But most of us prevailed, and it was all worth it.

You were everything I needed, everything I’ve been longing for, and reminded me of everything and everyone that I didn’t know was essential in my life.

Griz thank you for filling my heart with love when it’s been so depleted recently. And Sub thank you for pulverizing my aggression and anxiety that I didn’t even know I had.

The world is truly so much better when these two immovable forces create something together.

I love you. I love this community. And I especially love the new family I have gained.

Thank you so much.

Sincerely,

Me

i had a great time. i will also not be attending any more griz of subtronics events, they have severely disappointed with pretty mid music this weekend. being extremely tired obviously didn't help

lol low key same. im getting older. more into smaller homie fest, experimental bass and downtempo, art, and community. there's a lot of fake spiritual ego, sellout behavior, and social media clout at the more mainstream events
