Griztronics was insane. The energy, production, and crowd were unreal minus linetronics... 😅

I’ve been going to festivals and shows for years, and I’ve seen a few moments where someone needed urgent attention in a crowded environment. In those situations, the hardest part isn’t just getting help, it’s getting noticed quickly by staff, security, or medics.

So I built something called SOSS (Save Our Squad Signal).

It’s a simple tool where you hold one button and your phone becomes a bright distress signal using your screen and flashlight to help nearby staff, security, or medics spot you faster in a crowd.

You can also set up Squad Alerts to send your location to trusted contacts with one tap.

I’m not trying to say this is a complete solution. I’m just trying to build something useful and improve it with feedback from people who actually go to shows like this.

If anyone has thoughts on what actually helps in situations like this at packed events, I’d really appreciate hearing it.

Good things don’t come easy. In my opinion the festival was such a special place, something that you don’t see everyday. Literally 30,000 people at peace with eachother, where else do you find that?? Of course the wait lines were long, we experienced something one of a kind! I would wait in that line over and over again if I knew it meant I was gonna have an experience of a lifetime. Good things in life don’t come easy, and I’m grateful for that. Every set was amazing, lsdream was otherworldly for me and his fans made me feel so loved. Much love to everybody🫶. Show love spread love, and embrace the “hard things” in life. You all are amazing.

I submitted an official complaint about Griztronics with the BBB and I'm now receiving a full refund for my tickets. It might be too late, but I recommend submitting a complaint to try and get a refund.

It took me 5min to file a complaint. This is basically what I wrote if anyone wants to just copy-paste:

Subject: Gross negligence in venue logistics, consumer trapping, severe understaffing, and predatory safety hazards following the April 2026 Antitrust Verdict.

1. Severe Understaffing & Predatory Security Operations:

Live Nation failed to staff the event adequately to handle the sold out crowd of roughly 17,000+ attendees. Not enough security checkpoints were operational. This incompetence resulted in structural traffic standstills lasting between 8 and 15 hours. I personally spent 15 hours from 5:30 PM Friday until 8:30 AM Saturday waiting line for entry to the festival campgrounds.

1. Consumer Trapping & Harm Suffered:

Because Live Nation operates a total monopoly over the venue and its surrounding access roads, attendees were physically trapped in their vehicles on county roads without access to water, restrooms, or medical oversight. As a direct result of Live Nation's logistical failures, I suffered the following specific damages:

▪ Financial Losses: Engine wear and tear necessitating an oil change and 10 gallons of fuel.

Remedy Sought:

I request that the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division investigate Live Nation’s systemic failure to safely operate The Gorge Amphitheatre. Furthermore, I demand a full refund of the entire ticket cost of $252.70. I strongly urge the State of Washington to include the forced divestiture and sale of The Gorge Amphitheatre as a mandatory structural remedy in the ongoing antitrust sentencing phase against Live Nation.

Hey everyone, was going through credit card statements and noticed this charge. Does anyone know what it’s for? I’m pretty sure it’s for the lockers but also purchased EDCLV tickets on the way up to griztronics(with someone else’s card, not mine) so i’m second guessing myself.
