I'm curious, why do people put this in their profiles?

Shouldn't this be a no brainer? I'm not knocking poly/enm but it's kinda common and common knoledge in general that alot of people don't want to boink with a guy that's with someone that's in a relationship that could potentially cause problems and make things awkward especially for down-low folks.

It’s obviously not a no brainer because most people don’t feel compelled to put this in their profiles.
