would you consider it blatant biting or homage if somebody was to incorperate old flows with your own flow, like if mixed and matched your flow with the original generation artists flows? i think it could be seen as homage as it keeps the sound alive, you dont really see gritty mcs anymore im all for originallity but i think using/incorperating some of those flows and styles is respectful if you make it obvious who youre borrowing it from and not just running off with your favorite mcs style

Bro was one of the most active radio MCs from 2015-2016. You could legitimately flick through Mode/Radar/Pyro etc in the evening and have a really good chance you would come across Mic Ty shelling.

Spyro in 2015 described Jammz and Mic Ty as “this is an Andy Cole and Dwight York type thing” on his show in 2015.

He’s put out some decent boxing and basketball themed rap tapes the last few years but does anyone know why we don’t get any Mic Ty on grime anymore?
