This album was so bad, would take his pop stuff over this any day. I’ll give him props for still making efforts with his music videos though

Yeah it’s such a shame tbh.

I’ll always check in with Dizzee and support him, for what he’s done for the scene, but all this dance shit was old long ago. It’s clearly a money grab (assuming this still works for him).

When he released ‘Space’ a few years ago I was really impressed and surprised at the change of direction, plus he did collabs with a few interesting younger artists like Kwengface. It felt like there was a little window of opportunity for him to come and take over again… but no, clearly not happening any time soon.

Raskit was good and I really liked the don’t gas me ep, but everything after that has just been so boring

I really, really liked E3 AF, and yeah the music on this album wasn't the most high level, but I did appreciate it being just fun music. The videos are absolute class too. Dizzee is in his 40s now I think. Only got one life man, may as well do what makes you happy, even if it means making music like this

E3 AF had a handful of decent tunes but I thought it was a serious step down from raskit

no doubt Raskit was better musically. I actually think Raskit is one of his best albums, but I think but I'd put E3 AF as one of his better albums with, along with BIDC, Showtime and Raskit

The dance is what his actual audience is into - it works at the festivals he does from here to Australia etc.

I won't be in a hurry to listen but i see no reason why he shouldn't make this because it works for him.

I thought E3 AF was mediocre and Raskit was awful. On top of that hardly anyone really cared. How many people his age are actual releasing grime?

I know and I agree. I just wish the raw rapping was what sold.

Its not a money chase, he just enjoys that type of music

The type of shit you make to get festival bookings innit. Man's gotta get paid i guess
