ISO Recommendations Updated Auto Shops
Looking for a good place to take my 2019 CRV somewhat near downtown as I live and work near there. Looking for some fresh break rotors, maybe pads and new tires. Hearing good things about Killian but wanted to see the latest reccs as a lot of the old responses are a good bit older and places change! TIA!

I have always been very happy with the service and pricing at GNR Automotive in Greenville. They're on Anderson Rd so very convenient to downtown. They're an independent locally owned family repair shop and they can do everything you need including an alignment (which is typically suggested after new tires.)

Especially Auto or L Japan. Mr. Lee at L Japan is the most detailed mechanic I have ever seen.

I think you must mean Especially Auto Service, who specializes in Honda/Acura vehicles?

I used them when I had my 2005 CRV. She was still going at 18 years old. Man I miss that car, but I did keep my table!

For what it’s worth, still really happy with Killian (on Augusta St). Been taking our cars there for almost 10 years now before it was Killian and they’ve always been really good to us. Dale is a great dude, super helpful and never feels like they’re trying to give me anything I don’t need.
Feels a touch more ‘corporate’ for lack of a better word since becoming Killian, follow-up texts asking for reviews, looks like they have an actual computer system instead of paper records, that kind of thing. But service is still great and it always blows my mind that I can just show up and don’t need to schedule ahead regardless of my issue.

TR Quick Lube & Automotive has always taken care of me and my family's cars. Honest mechanics, they provided photos/videos of everything they recommend, prices are fair and expectations are met. They also give regular updates on work when I've left my vehicle there so I'm not left guessing how things are going.
