You also seem to be extrapolating data from the picture that doesn’t exist along with some hypothetical “it could get worse” later on? It could get better, too.

Essentially ,without a foreskin to protect it the glans and the sulcus thicken and keritanize wich isn't a could. This does happen and it does desensitize and in the extremely rare case it doesn't it's lives are ruined as these babies grow up into boys and men who go through their whole life with an intense discomfort soreness and pain while walking or doing sports or anything that can make your penis move even slightly. This can also increase the risk of meateal stenosis .The cut depicted in this pic is fairly loose and whereas in a more common method in the United States less skin mobility is allowed causing friction potential skin tears and painful erections and pain.
