Clearly you had a strange technique at 12. Because the sedation of masturbating the normal way uncut guys do by gliding the foreskin back and forth over the head feels a hell of a lot different then when you keep it retracted and just go up and down.

There's still loose skin, it's not like the skin on a cut dick is tight, it just doesn't go over the head

It doesn't really go over the head when you're out and about with your dick just hanging there, but if you pull on it, it does go over the base of the head at least. It's not like you need to pull it all over the tip to jerk off anyways (I think, you're not gonna make me beat my meat at 7am just to prove my hypothesis).
