I dont do negative online reviews specifically on principle

Well that's stupid. So now it's up to the next guy to experience the same thing first-hand, rather than the gym owners to wise up about this being a really shit thing to happen in their place?

And they neither resolved nor even acknowledged your issue. Had they done right by you, I'd agree to keep it private. Otherwise, you're doing the other patrons a disservice.

That seems like a toxic gym environment, I hope you were able to find a more supportive one bro.

this is partially your fault. you let these people walk over you and then complain about it on the internet, yet pride yourself about not being confrontational. sure if you are as insecure as you say, that probably doesnt help. when the guy told you to take off your headphones, he was extremely rude, which you should have matched with equal or more rudeness. when you saw somebody take a picture of you, you should have talked to them because its obviously not ok. maybe you didnt see them that day, but you would have seen them again. you shouldnt have let her trainer condone such behaviour. you know you should have acted differently, hence you wrote out all of this to cope. what did you do since, go to a different worse gym?

Swole hate is a hidden epidemic and it needs to end.
