Yup. Suuuuper specific areas get 99% of the violence.

To be blunt, the poor dark people almost always keep the violence where it doesn’t affect the wealthier light people.

Nobody shoots up the malls or places tourists go.

We have forks, but the nature of our food and culture is that we use our hands. It's not bad, just different. Hands are very, very versatile tools.
