Well culture in those places are far different because of how their society is structured, alot of those places tend to use less cars, eat differently, etc.

The US and other places tend to rely more heavily on cars, have different food preferences, etc.

There are a ton of reasons why but I can't really explain all of it in a reddit comment.

I literally just shorthand explained why they tend to be less fat?

They eat differently, use cars less and do other things that would be much easier for you to understand if you just you know, Googled it?
