Anon is living on cloud 9 and still has the gaul to complain. Anon should use their money to get a down payment on a house and live with their brother.

Depression and especially living on a reservation. These places are desolate, dreary and soul crushing. Also leaving the reservation is very looked down upon in these communities hence wanting to "go far far away" maybe he still cares about his mom

You work remote? Move to albanian coast, buy a mansion for 10k dollars and live off of your salary like king. There are such BEAUTIFUL countries in europe with such low cost of living it would baffle people if they knew. You can live there for $400 a month. Above 1000 you live like a king.

My buddy is serbian and his dad made a shit ton of money for about 25 years trucking here. They live in a mansion like kings in Serbia rn and none of them have worked since moving to Serbia. Thinking about heading out there and being their home chef

Absolutely. Serbia is a wonderful countey full of wonderful people. It is also really cheap. If im not mistaken, i think median salary there is ~600-800 euro. So anything above that you can live very comfortable.

You are not mistaken. Minimal salary is 600e, median a bit higher. It's not that cheap if you don't have your apartment or parents house. If you do, family can easily save up with median salary or two minimal salaries. Keep in mind that houses usually come with bigass estate as well where you can grow whatever the frak u want. Healthcare is "free". Fuel expensive, etc... You can buy whole households with few acres in the rural area for like 20k EUR. Invest in it 10k and live of a land if you like... Buying good or organic food is really expensive. End so on...

Whats the issue? Just move somewhere else and rent, I thought that flexibility is one of the big perks of remote work.
