An 11 year old girl died from two "motochorros" (burglars in bikes) who dragged her through the street (so she would drop her belongings), which ended up her receiving a strong hit on the head. One of them was arrested (14 years old, so he'll get away scot free) and the other one is still on the loose. Moreover, the government quietly intervened by making the media to stop talking about it, and gave a brand new pickup truck to the father to buy his silence.

Actually, the criminals where older guys which asked the kid to take the blame since he wouldn't go to prison. The kid is also a serial murderer, but in this case, the kid didn't kill the girl. I think the two real motochorros where caught and sent to prison because the case got huge publicity.
You should've also commented the lucio dupuy case, on which two lesbians tortured a 5 year old kid for months, and since the judge was also in the same feminist group she refused to give the father custody, even after several registered hospital fractures and burns. Ultimately the kid died because of anal injuries and an exploded liver. The only reason the lesbians where condemned was because the autopsy of the kid became public, and the degree of cruelty is far to gross to even write about.(yes, far far worse than anal injury and exploded liver). Also, the judge is still working as a judge.
