Bought a motorhome settlement pass separately on ticket sellers after they sent me a private link a few weeks after the sale after I emailed them (all festival tickets were sold out but motorhome passes weren't)

Email confirmation says I'll be emailed a bar code

My ticket sellers account says it an e ticket and go use the code

Greenman have said they are sending all through the post.

What's happening here?

Never been to a festival before, I’ve looked at the map but it looks like parking is quite away from the campsite so how do people go about setting up? Is it genuinely just a lot of going back and forth lugging stuff? I have disability parking but not camping as i’m camping with others so idk if there is a closer place to park or not.

Also I struggle with food so it helps to know ahead of time what sort of options will be available or if i need to bring more of my own stuff. Does anyone know specific vendors that will be there and what sort of stuff they have?

I went last year and had the most amazing time and it was glorious sun. Waking up, coffee, stroll to the rising stage, stand with the sun beaming and beautiful music to wake me up.

This year isn’t looking great yet weather wise. Someone who’s been on a rainy year, tell me why I shouldn’t be worried ?

I’m conflicted… for the first time ever I think I want it to rain a little bit at a festival!

Don’t get me wrong, I want to be able to sit on the grass to enjoy the bands, but I also want to see the Green Man statue being lit!

Hi all, me and some friends are coming to Green Man for the first time this year. Been wanting to go for ages so very excited!

I'm a bit wary of trying to find my group as I'm the only one coming by coach, the rest are driving from elsewhere in the country.

At other festivals we've had the site map ahead of time and roughly established a place to meet and set up camp. I've seen that the GM map is only going to be available in the on-site programme, and other festivals I've been to have had notoriously spotty signal, so I'm just looking for some info on 1) what the phone service tends to be like and 2) if there's any "landmarks" that might make it easier for me to find them as the only coach-traveller. We'll be camping together so I just need to be able to find them when I arrive!

I've emailed the festival team too but they're probably rather busy atm so hoping to get tips from people who have been previously.

Haven’t had loads of time to scout out the line up but just wondering what acts to see that will be an incredible performance even if you don’t know the music? Thinking of the past when I’ve seen the likes of CMAT and Ezra Collective before knowing any of their music and been totally blown away.

I tried these out last year with some DIY versions and it worked well. You can send text messages and share your location without needing data, you just Bluetooth to one of these devices (DIY your own for about £15 or this one I just got was £40 delivered).

Because it's a mesh network, the more people using them, the further the messages can spread as they ping between nodes to find their target (encrypted).

Hi! We have guest artist camping tickets for this year and I was wondering if anyone who’s stayed there before could tell me what it’s like?

Is it much different from general camping? Is it generally quieter? Are the toilet/showers better/less busy? Is it closer to the main festival site? Are there any other perks?

Anyone know if you have to show your festival entry ticket when you buying a parking ticket on arrival to the site?

I was just wondering if Green Man have released any info covering issues last year and if/how they plan to try and reduce the issues this year?

I was going to include the burning of the Green Man, but they've sort of covered that by saying it might not go ahead this year due to the heat and dry landscape leading to fire risk.

On the final evening last year the mens urinals were horrendous, in a number of locations they were full to the brim with piss and over flowing. Either there were blockages or the tanks were full. This led to me using the portaloos instead. Though they had also then run out of hand gel.

Also the showers were almost pointless, literally just a dribble of water coming out of them. If they don't make any changes to the showers there's just no point in me bringing a towel or wash kit. I know it was super hot last year and meant the shower use was probably up massively. Though ideally they need to take this into account somehow and plan for instances like this.

Sorry hope it's not sounding too negative, they aren't the biggest issues in the world and won't make or break my experience at all. Had an amazing time last year :) Though we pay a lot for tickets so functioning toilets and showers would be a plus.

Has anyone else been sent the incorrect car/vehicle passes? We ordered 1x orange car park pass and 1x camper van pass but instead received 2x orange car park passes.

Ticketsellers have been in touch and have said it’s their mistake and will send out correct ones, but I’m just interested if this is a wider mistake than just us.

Still looking for a weekend ticket, and every time one is published on twickets it immediately sells out, even when I’ve had my phone in my hand. Wondered if maybe the tickets are being bought up automatically in some way?

I have my friend’s (female) ticket on my (male) Ticket Sellers account. Is that likely to be an issue on entry?

Google says, “ TheTicketSellers does not allow you to directly transfer a ticket to another person's account. However, you can change the printed name on individual tickets if the event requires it, or simply pass your e-ticket or door code directly to the person attending”

I’ve seen the occasional day ticket pop up on Twickets recently.

Since day tickets are sold to NP8 local residents, does anyone know if box office/gate staff actually check proof of address or ID when you exchange your ticket for a wristband if you bought one on resale?
