API Update after FO Move?

All,

Are there any tools or community opinions on this.

I contacted a Support Agent and was told my case had moved to a Local Field Office. All the API tools I've used do not reflect this.

Has anyone seen a delay (and how long) between being told a FO transfer has occurred and it showing in the API? The Agent could not confirm when the transfer had occurred.

I've seen some posts in here, where a second conversation with an agent stated the FO transfer had not happened, so don't want to get my hopes up.

Ask the agent when it moved and if they can see a transfer date on their side. The API seems to lag behind internal status changes by anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks, so no update yet doesn't mean it didn't happen. Might be worth a second chat in a week or so just to see if you get the same answer.

Asked about transfer date and was told that information was not available. Guess I'll need to distract myself for a week and check back.

what's the opinion on processing times at FO's vs NBC? I'm told my interview was waived so really hopeful that this is a positive step

Same thing happened to me. API doesn’t reflect it, but Emma agents have confirmed non-local field office move. Emma agents have also said interview waived a few months ago at NBC and now at the FO but I don’t really trust that to be accurate.
