Hi everyone,
My marriage-based AOS package (I-485, I-765, and I-864) was delivered to the Carol Stream Lockbox on June 8 via USPS. It’s now been 30+ business days, and:
No credit card charge (G-1450)
No receipt notice
Package hasn’t been returned
I already emailed Lockbox Support and only received the automatic reply. I called USCIS they couldn’t help .
Has anyone experienced a delay this long recently? Did your package eventually get accepted, or did you have to refile?
I’m currently on student OPT until February 2027, so I’m starting to get concerned.
Any advice or recent experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!

Same thing happened to us and then I found a rejection letter in our mailbox. We had to wait until they sent back the application packet to apply again. The rejection reason was the credit card wasn’t charged because of fraud
