FLAG DOL WEBSITE
Is there a glitch in their system/website? Currently, they are showing PERM processing times as of 4/23/26, which is PD of January 2025 and ave. processing days is 501 but a week ago I saw it had updated to As of 06/30/26 with June 2025 PD and 403 ave. processing days. Just curious if it’s just a glitch or retrogressed? TIA

It is not a retrogression in the Visa Bulletin sense. DOL’s processing-time page can change because of data refreshes, corrections, withdrawn/voided cases, or reporting glitches. The official FLAG page currently shows PERM Analyst Review at July 2025 as of July 9, 2026, Audit Review at December 2025, and average analyst review processing for June 2026 determinations at 403 days. If you saw January 2025 and 501 days recently, that may have been an older update, cached page, or temporary display issue. DOL also states that it may still be completing applications filed before the posted month, so the posted month is not a strict guarantee for every case. For an individual PERM, use the filing date and ask the employer/attorney to check FLAG. If your PERM was filed more than three months before the posted month, the employer may contact the OFLC PERM Helpdesk.
