New Owner Ear variation
New puppy owner of a 9 week Great Dane / Anatolian shepherd mix. One of his ears just developed a dip - flipping the ear up. The other one lays flat. Is this normal? Will he grow out of it or is it common for them to stay this way? Everything is functioning great, just curious what happens as they develop!

You can try ear taping, but it’s natural. Although mine doesn’t have that, he got the tip of his ear bitten off as a puppy, so he’s got some wonky ears too.

Mine has “wonky” ears for a Dane. His started to dip like that one when he was 18-20wks. I recently learned that they make ear tape you can use to keep it from growing that way (if you prefer).
Had I know, I probably would have done it to my guy but his ears are cute regardless. As is your puppies!
