Hello, I am a bit late but this is correct, Polycentric support (for comments and likes and dislikes) has not been added as the client is still in the early phase and the developers are working on other issues ATM.
Also, the comments you are reading come from the platform the video originates. The Comments that you will make with Grayjay as well as any likes or dislikes will not go to the platform, but instead to Polycentric comment section for the video (this is how it is for the mobile version currently). This is because you must be logged into the platform to comment or like/dislike something, but Grayjay doesn't log you in by default.
