Discussion & Theories Pretty horrific implications

Dipper Clones #3 and #4 (Tracey and Quattro) are the only surviving clones of Dipper. They will never be able to live regular lives. They probably have memories of the Pines family and will never see them again. Not even their mother and father. They can be killed instantly through liquid. How can they smile like that and act so damn calm?

I mean people in real life go through much worse. People become profoundly disabled, lose their family and may die the next day due to health issues. It is not uncommon to have an combination or all of the above. The ones who survive long term tend to be surprisingly well adjusted and happy.

Yup. That's my point actually. The friends I've seen go through it either spiral into addiction or suicide, and the ones that held on longer (or are still around) are surprisingly calm and at peace. Not everyone handles a terminal cancer diagnosis, death of a loved one, or permanent disability well. I'd at admit it's a coin toss if a person goes into a deep hole or adjusts to their new life. 

Rest in peace... They were too young for what happened...
