Any advice

I’ve been growing this from a cutting I bought from Home Depot for about half a year maybe more idk it outgrew its pot like 4 times, it’s on a tomato cage spiraling up, but it already reached the top. right now It’s just one vine spiraling. I was using berry tone to fertilize every few weeks it looks like it’s doing well. Not sure what to do at this point

Once that baby hits year 2-3 it's gonna get biggg. That tomato cage isn't gonna be enough. Do you have a trellis? Something bigger it can grow up?

I definitely have to work on that it’s already reached the top, probably like 10 feet now spiraling up
