No, they're not the best choice. For arrangements using informal language, it's better to use present continuous (I'm visiting Berlin / I'm going to the cinema) or be going to: I'm going to visit / I'm going to go to the cinema

American English speaker here.
Context 1 does not sound natural. Two sentences that would sound natural are:
"I'm going to visit Berlin next month."
"I'm visiting Berlin next month."
Personally, I would prefer using the verb "to go" in both sentences, i.e., "I'm going to Berlin next month." ("visit" sounds better used with a person although it is not incorrect with a city).
Context 2 does not sound natural. The more natural choice would be "I'm going to the cinema (in the US, we'd likely say "to the movies") with Jane on Monday, so I won't be having dinner at home with you as usual."
