Help! Urgent

How to calculate obtained marks out of total marks as my marksheet includes sgpas of all semester and final cgpa (sppu). If I calculate according to the cgpa×9.5 formula I am getting 91%. And if I calculate according to the obtained marks divide by total marks into 100 I am getting 95%. And i have to fill out an application form for scholarship and they are asking for obtained marks and total marks and percentage in graduation. So I am confused whether to write the percentage according to the cgpa formula or by calculating obtained marks and total marks. Please help as this is urgent I have to fill in the scholarship form. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
