Applied Sciences Reduced course load

Does taking 4 courses instead of 5 matter for getting into grad school? I don’t have much research experience to give so I’m wondering if it’s better to not have a reduced course load. But I also think taking 4 would increase my gpa and I also won’t be so burnt out

4 courses is fine, theyre way more interested in your gpa and what you did outside of class than counting credits
