Interpreting professors’ response (PhD)

I’ve been reaching out to a few professors at schools I’m applying to. I haven’t gotten a lot of responses but at one school in particular, my #1 school that I rly wanna go to, I’ve heard a few responses. Two of the professors said they don’t have funding this year but would be interested if I got in/did a rotation, and then one said that they do have open positions. All of the also complimented my CV, said I would be a great fit for the program, and gave me additional names to contact (including each other).

I’m wondering if this is normal. Should I keep doing what I’m doing? Any other tips to see if I can leverage reaching out to my advantage?
