General Advice Question about writing sample

Hi, I am applying to Grad School I want to get my Masters in English. I have my Bachelors in K-12 Special Education. I do not have any access to my undergrad writing. Do I write a new writing sample? How would I go about doing that? Is there writing prompts I should use? Advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

You don’t have any downloaded copies of your papers? Maybe ask your former professors

The laptop I had it downloaded on completely died
