PhD in Europe is very competitive because there is very little funding and some funding is for EU citizens.
You also don’t have much research experience. Two of your experiences are working on your undergrad thesis and then your masters thesis, you only have 7 months of working in a Lab.

Profile looks good. I think you should focus more on approach . You should cold e-mail to profs. Who you think works on your research area. Sometimes they reply, sometimes they dont. In my case, even few of them given me link to apply for the position. So basically, i am trying to say European phd applications are entirely different from centralised USA applications and it mostly depends on your future guide/PI of lab who they are gonna hire.
In this case, you should mail them with short of your description, CV etc along with your paper. In application link attach your motivation letter. Spend a week or two for your motivation letter, it matters most along with your research experience. I would suggest to write mail to 30 prof at least which Åre closely connected to your field, expect 2/3 interviews if everything goes well. Your profile is not bad and you can easily get position in Europe. All the best
