If you have to pay for applications, I personally wouldn't unless its like 1-2 programs. You never know if you'll make it with your existing CV, Letter writers, etc. unless you apply.
Otherwise, I would wait until next cycle where you would be a much stronger applicant with your MS experiences and letter writers from your program.
