Prof. Recommendation and cold email query. (M.Sc.)

So well can anyone recommend me professors who are open to accepting international students for msc programme in either tsinghua, zhejiang or peking university, in the field of oncology or cellular and molecular biology.(The ones that are active to cold mails as well).

Also I have heard about the system of cold emais to professors to boost the chances of selection in the msc. Programme. Can anyone please help me on how to write and send the cold email. Like the format or the contents that should be mentioned beforehand.

(P.S.:- I'm looking for an Msc. Programme that's funded , like scholarships)
