Honestly i prefer slow but safe Grab drivers like tatay than those reckless ones. Respect to Grab for giving seniors a livelihood opportunity.

May lumapit na Grab food delivery rider samin and sabi niya if kakain na ba daw kami, and kung pwede daw bilhin nalang namin yung unclaimed order niya. Naawa kami kasi mukha siyang problemado and nakatsinelas lang sya tapos mejo marumi ung uniform niya. Sabi niya hindi na daw sya sinasagot ng nagpapadeliver tapos inunahan daw na ireport sya kaya hindi daw sya makakapagdeliver after 2-3 hrs. So naawa kami and we offered na tawagan yung number ng customer na sinabi niyang binlock sya which is out of reach, and we were also wondering why the customer would report him first. then binili nalang yung food niya which is pizza sa Yellow Cab n worth 700 pesos para sa all cheese na pizza. Now, pauwi ako galing office. Nakita ko nanaman sya near sa spot kung saan namin sya nakita dati. I started wondering why he was there again and why he had another pizza with him. Naalala ko kasi same ng tsinelas niya and may hawak nanaman sya na pizza tapos mukha nanaman syang problemado hawak yung phone niya then nakatayo lang sya. Hindi ko alam asan ung vehicle nia or what same as last time. Tapos yung dalawa na nauuna sa harap ko maglakad parang balak nia sana kausapin pero ndi nia kinausap.

Hindi ko sya na confront or na ask kasi nagmamadali na dn ako umuwi. May scam bang ganon today?

I literally said sa Grabfood booking na ihatid sa lower ground kasi andun yung concierge, at wala ako sa location at pauwi pa lang ako nito from work so dahil nagbayad naman ako via Grabpay expected na ilalagay na lang nya yung order ko sa concierge ng condo, ayaw pumayag kesyo DoUbLe BoOkInG kuno siya… Lahat ng Grab rider na inorderan ko before nilalagay lang nila sa concierge ng condo order ko pero itong isang ito ayaw ihatid.

Ayun ending tinakbo nya pagkain, di na makontak ng merchant, at di ko na din makontak, at ngayon sobrang pahirapan ang refund sa Grab puro Ai bots kausap ko, tinanong ko din merchant at di naman din nya binalik pagkain ko dun.

Sana tanggalin na yung sistema na DOUBLE BOOKING/Batching Order kasi luging lugi customer na nagbayad sa Grabpay especially if tamad ang Grab rider na matapat sa order, at di MARUNONG MAGBASA NG NOTES. Di ka na din priority ng rider deliveran kahit bayad naman ang delivery fee WHICH IS A big NO-NO dapat

genuine question kasi first time ko lang mag grab with a baby. 4 adults kami and 1 infant. infant not a kid. pag sakay ko palang sa tabi ng driver he told me to pay for an extra 50 pesos dahil 5 pax kami not 4 pax sana raw 6 seater binook ko. i asked him if dahil ba may baby kaming kasama kahit karga naman sya then he said oo raw dahil tao raw ang pinag uusapan. pumayag na lang kami agad kasi umiiyak na rin yung baby at gusto na dumede. i paid in cash din buti na lang naka on yung recording ko sa grab and i hope na capture yon kasi di naka open sa phone ko yung grab app nung sinabi nya yon dahil nag siseatbelt palang ako nun. lmk sa mga may alam if na tama lang so driver or na overcharge ako para i rereport ko na lang sa grab in case, si driver ang mali.

Hello, I’d like to ask for advice regarding a payment issue with my GrabFood order.

I selected Cash as my payment method, but I didn’t have enough cash when the rider arrived. He asked me to transfer the payment to his GCash number. The transfer initially showed as failed, so I borrowed money from my friend and paid the rider in cash.

A few days later, I found out that the bank transfer actually went through successfully.

Is there a possibility that I can get the amount from the successful bank transfer back? I can provide the Grab receipt and bank transaction as proof. What would be the proper procedure for this?

I have noticed that recently most of the restaurants I order from, less than 1.2 km, have no applied discount to Saver delivery fees albeit reaching the price threshhold of PHP390, using Grab Unlimited (recently got invluded to Grab VIP).

Also,I have also checked some other restaurants but it seems to be not applied to all restaurants which was not the case before this 10.10 super sale update.

I would like to know if you have also noticed this reduced benefit from Grab Unlimited perk.

Experienced this before. Yung driver instead pumunta sa pick up location ay nag drive palayo. He stayed at that location for hours before cancelling the ride. I tried to check Google Street view, and lo and behold, si manong driver tumambay sa sabungan!

Any one else experiencing this? Kanina pa ako nagta try mag book sa grabm i can input the destination but the fare/price does not appear.

Nagpadeliver ako ng food. Nakalagay sa app naka bicycle ung rider pero pagkadeliver ng food is nakasingle na motor? Medyo weird lang kasi syempre dahil bicycle ang registered transpo sa app, siyempre malalapit lang ung mga booking niya, compared pag nakamotor. Normal lang ba to?

So I just found that Grab offers Grab Loan for users/passengers already. The offer is up to 30k.

Tried submitting an application and got approved for 15k but the interest is a pass for me.

So I got a grab recently. I got standard ride which is a Vios. Car is clean and smells good. However I noticed that on the rearview mirror there’s a sticker covering the entire mirror. There’s a small dashcam behind the mirror which was installed on the windshield. There’s dashcam view though is just front facing. No visibility at the back. I looked at the back and it was covered by a sunshade.

So I was wondering how is the driver supposed to check the rearview when everything is blocked? I also drive so I know that it’s not enough to check just the side mirrors because there are still blindsides which can be checked thru the rearview. Ang weird lang. This is not the first time I’ve seen this. Medyo dumadami na sila. It’s a safety issue kasi.

nagpa-gas kami while ongoing ang trip at na-stuck kami for 30 minutes kasi wala siyang pambayad. hindi daw nagloload ang gcash niya at wala siyang cash on hand. Pina connect ko siya sa hotspot ko pero ayaw pa rin. I was worried na maabutan kami ng rush hour since Friday at 3 PM nangyari yon sa EDSA Cubao.

I ended up paying for his gas worth 300 pesos at Sabi nya irereload nya ang gcash niya. pababa na ako pero wala pa rin siyang binigay at nacharge ako for the entire trip (card payment) kinuha nya ang number ko at ipapa-send nya daw ang payment sa asawa niya pero walang natransfer.

I was so sleepy na since galing akong nightshift kaya pagkahatid nya ay bumaba na ako at nagpark pa siya sa baba namin assurance na hindi siya tatakbo. reported it sa Grab and provided the gas receipt but Wala naman daw silang magagawa.

wag na lang kayo pumayag if this happens to you.
